It’s almost time for Homecoming week! And as you might have noticed, downtown Buchanan is a bit chaotic.
However, that won’t stop us from holding our annual parade.

For this year, we will travel an alternate route STARTING at Moccasin Elementary. The parade will officially begin at 6:00 p.m. and head SOUTH on Moccasin toward Front Street. Then, we’ll turn RIGHT/WEST onto Front Street toward Terre Coupe and turn LEFT. This takes us to the end of our typical route that curves around the baseball/softball fields.
(Note: vehicles should NOT park ON Moccasin between the elementary and Front Street to allow for ample space for floats to pass.)
