| COMMUNITY DIALOGUE CITIZENS CONCERNS | Debra Sears – registered a concern with the board regarding denying Buchanan Promise grants to those who would be doing with virtual academy. Mr. DeVlaminck addressed the concern that attending the BVA still allows you to qualify for the Promise. | ||||||

| BUCHANAN REOPENING ROADMAP | MOTION by J. DeVlaminck, SECONDED BY Member R. Writer, The Buchanan Board of Education approves the Buchanan Community Schools 2020-21 Safe Schools Roadmap.
Mrs. Laesch praised all parent, leadership and staff who have helped getting this accomplished for our district.
Mrs. Writer thanked Mrs. Robinson, Mr. Kurland, and Dr. Dunn in presenting the plan.

| BEA LETTER OF AGREEMENT REGARDING MIDDLE SCHOOL PLANNING TIME | MOTION by D. Wentworth, SECONDED BY Member K. Laesch, The Buchanan Board of Education approves the Buchanan Education Association (BEA) Letter of Agreement regarding the middle school planning time.
Mrs. Robinson thanked Wendy Murphy. This agreement allows teachers their minutes regarding block scheduling.
Mr. Wentworth asked about the schedule – it was needed to allow the middle school to change to block scheduling to lessen student contact in the hallways during passing times.
