Retreat
Following up from Mr. Mark Dobias’ prior Strategic Planning Input Session, the district is seeking interested staff members from all of our employee groups to join in an intensive full day endeavor, along with Mr. Dobias, on Monday, January 20th, 2019. The district is looking to assemble a team of approximately 25 representatives from the Board, faculty, administration, staff, community members and students. Topics planned for the retreat include reviewing and renewing our mission, vision and beliefs statements, identifying key findings from data, reviewing stakeholder input, identifying potential strategies around goal areas and more!
