Fundraiser Wrap-up:
Everything went well this year. We had two snags in the order process. One student had half of her order not delivered and another
student had one of her sheets not sent to the company. Both issues were taken care of within 24 hours and all items were shipped directly
to the students’ homes.
We discussed that next year we should have extra order forms available for students who sell more or one for each parent.
Once we receive the final invoices we will have the dollar amounts that will be given to each grade level. This should be ready for the
January meeting.

MegaParty details:
Date has been set with the Fundraising Company of America-February 2 with February 3 as a snow date.
Setup for inflatables will be noon. Ruthie Cole will be there to help.
We will need to provide the DJ again (Sean). Confirm with Sean that February 2 will be okay for him.
We will have more information on MegaParty at the January meeting.

PAK meeting adjourned at 6: 45.
