1. Review applicants for the position of Superintendent of Schools
Mr. Dobias stated there were 23 applicants. Mr. Dobias reviewed the process of selecting first-round candidates for interviews. Board members were able to select their top seven candidates through a polling process.
2. Interview Schedule/Format With the help of Mr. Dobias, board members were able to select dates/times for interviews. Mr. Dobias spoke of having a google form available for community members to share thoughts in writing about the candidates during the interviews.
3. Interview Questions There was much discussion amongst members of the board regarding interview questions. Board members also chose the questions they would be asking during the interviews. |
